You are solely responsible for independent validation and for deciding suitability.

Where XMQA and VIEW reach different conclusions, neither is presented as authoritative over the other.

Commercial notice — Microz

Descriptions of services and products are indicative. They are not a quote, an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding commitment as to scope, price, timeline, or availability.

Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement. Where this page and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

No business outcome is guaranteed. This includes, without limitation, revenue, profit, growth, cost reduction, search rankings, funding, user numbers, or performance improvements.

Unless a written service level agreement or warranty is expressly agreed, deliverables are provided without warranty. Backups, access control, regulatory compliance, and production monitoring remain the client's responsibility unless expressly contracted otherwise.

Appraisal notice — Raise

Raise is an estimation framework for internal decision support. It is not a regulated, certified, or professional appraisal service.

Outputs are not prepared in accordance with USPAP, IVS, RICS Red Book, or any comparable valuation standard, and must not be described, published, or submitted as though they were. Raise does not perform audits, fairness opinions, or statutory valuations.

Outputs are estimates generated from inputs supplied by the user. They depend entirely on the accuracy, completeness, and good faith of those inputs. Different inputs, different reviewers, or different versions of the methodology may produce materially different results.

Raise outputs must not be used as the sole basis for: financial reporting; tax or transfer-pricing positions; investment, lending, or acquisition decisions; insurance claims; litigation or dispute evidence; or employment decisions including pay setting, promotion, discipline, or termination.

The methodology is under active development. Definitions, weightings, and scoring may change without notice, and results produced under different versions are not directly comparable.

AI-assisted output

Some content, code, designs, and analyses associated with the group are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.

AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, fabrications, outdated information, or bias, and can be inconsistent between runs. It requires human review before use.

Where AI assistance contributes to a deliverable, that does not transfer responsibility to the tool. Responsibility for reviewing and accepting any output rests with the party relying on it.

No representation is made regarding the training data, licensing status, or originality of AI-generated material beyond the checks expressly agreed in a written contract.

Private projects — Emerjinn and Verum

Emerjinn and Verum are private. They are listed solely so the group's structure is stated completely.

No information about their purpose, status, technology, or timeline is published, and none should be inferred from their names or from their inclusion in any list.

There is no public access, waitlist, beta, or enquiry process for these projects. Requests regarding them will not be answered.

No professional advice

Nothing published by the group constitutes legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, valuation, insurance, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by reading these pages.
