Microz

Services and SaaS products

Microz is the commercial side of the group. It covers client services — build work, integration, and technical support — and SaaS products maintained under the Microz name. It is where research turns into something that can be bought, deployed, and supported.

MICROZ

§01 · Services

What Microz takes on

Scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed per engagement in a written contract. Anything on this page is indicative only.

Product build

Designing and building web applications end to end, from database schema through to deployed interface.

Integration

Connecting existing systems: authentication, billing, data pipelines, and third-party services.

Technical review

Assessment of an existing codebase or architecture, with written findings and prioritised recommendations.

Foundations

Setting up the base layer of a new product so a team can start from a working system rather than an empty repository.

Ongoing maintenance

Dependency updates, fixes, and incremental work under an agreed retainer with defined response expectations.

Advisory

Technical direction on stack choices and sequencing. Not legal, financial, or tax advice.

§02 · SaaS products

What applies to any engagement

Contract governs. Nothing on this page forms a contract, quote, or binding offer. The signed agreement for a specific engagement is the only source of scope, price, timeline, warranty, and liability terms.
No outcome guarantees. Microz does not guarantee revenue, growth, rankings, funding, uptime beyond a written SLA, or any other business result arising from work delivered.
Software is provided as-is unless stated. Where a warranty or SLA applies, it will be written into the agreement. Absent that, software and deliverables are provided without warranty of any kind.
Client responsibilities. Backups, access control, data protection compliance, and production monitoring remain the client's responsibility unless explicitly contracted to Microz.
